As a ServSafe Instructor, this is exactly what I needed to purchase. It is the book along with the written test blank. I simply needed a copy for my personal use. Oddly enough, if you are a Prime member it is cheaper to purchase these through Amazon than the actual ServSafe website (considering shipping/taxes...at the current cost).
